Snowbird Services
If you need a reliable source to check on your investment when you are away, consider us. We will check on your condo or home bi-monthly and give you a report of our findings, write up an estimate to address any issues. If there is a maintenance that requires a licensed technician we can even have a member of our team present to give you piece of mind that that we’re looking out for you. You can also schedule us to set up the unit for your arrival. This service would include setting the thermostat for the climate control, turning on a water heater, refrigerator, ice-maker and generally ensuring that your property is all set for your arrival.
